Claudio started his career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch in London and then moved into management consulting working for firms such as Accenture and Deloitte, in Paris and Zurich. He is specialised in strategy and leading complex technology and M&A transformations. His industry focus is financial services and he has had the pleasure of working in aircraft manufacturing, mobility, and sport.

Between 2012 and 2014, Claudio built and managed three revenue generating global digital businesses from scratch at FIFA. Before founding Orchid B, Claudio founded and operated a boutique consulting firm called DEVELT Consulting. He has a dual degree in European Business from the University of Portsmouth (UK) and Kedge Business School in Bordeaux (France).
